Standard return policy:
Products sold by komusa.com are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Because many companies offer additional factory coverage, you should contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
In the unfortunate event you don't satisfy the product, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacturer the components, therefore we have no control over the defective rate. However, we are here to help and will be happy to assist you with a replacement within the allotted warranty period. Our warranty does not cover misuse of products, which has lead to malfunctioning.
Please note that we do not do cross-ship RMA returns, all items returned are subject to testing before a replacement is processed.
REQUIRED STEPS FOR ALL RETURNS
You must first obtain an RMA number from us by sending an email to rma@komusa.com. Please include your name, the invoice number, item's description, and the reason for the return. We will reply your inquiry shortly with the RMA number and the RMA Request Form. No RMA number will be given by phone.
When you return the package, please enclose a copy of the invoice or receipt with your name and shipping address along with the RMA Request Form. Without the proper documentation, the package will be returned without any notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Customer is fully responsible to ship back the product with delivery confirmation for the warranty. Insurance is not required but highly recommended. Return packages must be sent freight prepaid to the return address that is on the packing label. Please send your package with delivery confirmation, insurance is not required but highly recommended. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returned packages incurred during the shipping process.
INCOMPATIBILITY IS CONSIDERED NON-DEFECTIVE issues, PLEASE DO NOT return the products for replacement. Incompatible products could be returned for Exchange (within 15 days) or REFUND (within 15 days). Komusa Technology will accept all defective products for same-item exchange or credit at our discretion within 30 days of the invoice date. 15% -25% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective return / upgrade / exchange. (20% for All gaming products and 25% for All IPC products.)
Warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, abuse, mishandling, acts of natural, improper installation, or any unauthorized disassembly repair or alteration.
Warranty does not cover manufacturer's discontinued products.
NOTE: We will indicate on our website which products are discontinued.
Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result invalidation of your return or a delay in processing the return. Komusa Technology reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
The customer is responsible for all Shipping & Handling charges, and restocking fee on all returns. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

RMA Process:
1.To return products to Komusa, obtain a RMA number and RMA request form from rma@komusa.com.
2.Returns must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Customers are responsible for loss or damage of returned items. We suggest using a shipping method that can be tracked.
3.Warranty does not cover any products with physical damage (missing/bent pins, burnt, cracked or flaky products).
4.CPUs are covered by manufacturer warranty and cannot be returned/exchanged.
5.Shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Shipping charge of $10 will be deducted for all free shipping items when returned for refund.
6.Incorrect shipment or shipping damage must be claimed within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any damage claim after 24 hours of receipt.
7.Factory-sealed products returned for refund:
Refunds will be granted if we are contacted within five (5) days of receipt. Returns are based on current value and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (shipping is non-refundable) Retail box can not be return for refund only for replacement.
8.Non-defective items (like HD, SCSI card, Software, Monitor, Notebook and Retail Boxed Items) that have been opened or have a broken seal are not eligible for return.
9.Non-Defective items (except for CPUs, and special order items) are eligible for refund based on item's current value and a 20% restocking fee only if we are contacted within FIVE (5) days of the item's delivery to the customer.
10.Please be aware that a replacement may not be immediately available, and the waiting time may be as long as 15 business days.
11.Please allow up to 15 business days to process a return for refund.
12.Returned defective items will be subject to testing, and if tested to be non-defective, it will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense.
13.Items for refund must be returned in NEW condition with all boxes, accessories, manuals, cables, CDs, and other contents.
14.By submitting this RMA Request, customer is in understanding and agreement with the above terms of the RMA Policy.
